This SMS privacy policy describes how Atlas Crane uses mobile phone numbers to deliver Internal Conversational/Operational SMS messages to its employees, contractors, and authorized personnel. This service is not used for marketing, promotional campaigns, or public communications . All SMS communication is part of our internal conversational/operational business operations.

This SMS program is registered as an internal-use, customer care / low-volume mixed campaign with our SMS provider in compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements.

By doing so, you agree to receive SMS messages from Atlas Crane in compliance with the TCPA and the FCC's 2024 guidelines. All messages will be logically and topically related to the company and operational activities.

SMS messaging is only used for internal operational purposes, by providing a mobile number during employment onboarding, IT provisioning, work/project interactions, or through internal policy acknowledgments, internal users/employees consent to receive operational SMS from Atlas Crane. Employees understand that providing a mobile number for business communications constitutes agreement to receive operational text messages. Consent may also be covered under HR documents or existing union agreements.

You may receive up to 2-4 messages per day. Depending on operational needs, additional messages may be sent.
